7.3: Pbl when compiling without spellcheck

Ralf Schandl-3
Hi,

compiling without spell check (FEAT_SPELL undefined) results in an
error, as functions from spell.c are also used in undo.c (put_bytes,
get2c, get4c).

This functions have to be moved somewhere else (misc*.c?).

I'll fix it.

FIXME and XXX are two common keywords used to mark broken or incomplete code
not only since XXX as a sex reference would grab everybody's attention but
simply due to the fact that Vim would highlight these words.
