ANN: VST 1.0beta11

Vim7 required.

Vim reStructured Text (VST) is a simple format of file
which allows to create HTML and LaTeX document in
What You See Is What You Mean mode. Features (among others):

- Headers (with subtitles)
- Simple paragraphs
- Blockquotes
- Tables
- Ordered lists
- Unordered lists
- Definition lists
- Field lists
- Option lists
- Links
- Images
- Footnotes
- Preformatted text
- Frames with special notes
- In HTML export use of 2html.vim to produce color output

Changelog from beta10:

- RMV: remove ``htmlonly`` and ``latexonly`` directives. ``raw`` directive
  now treats exports as only option and is considered as replacement. reST
- ADD: `class`_ directive support
- ADD: class option to ``.. contents::`` directive
- ADD: reusable `embedded URIs`_ ``this is `link <URI>`_``
- ADD: ``g:vst_user_css``: completely user css

- FIX: many other bugfixes
