FocusGained at about updatetime why ?

As shown in the gif, why FocusGained at about updatetime (4000ms) with no user action ?

Gvim 8.0.1696 64 bits on windows 10 64 bits

Save &ut, do the job and restore ut after default ut time (~4000)


in timer' handler

let saved_ut=&ut
" do the job
if &ut > saved_ut
 let &ut=saved_ut
endif
