Issue tracker for MacVim

Douglas Drumond
Google is shutting down Google Code [1].
Although MacVim code is hosted on GitHub, we still use Google Code for issue tracking. Any suggestions? Move everything to GitHub?

Björn, your input is still invaluable :)

Anyone, what do you think?

There's a lot to be said for having everything in one system.
