Hello-

I am trying to make the following mapping in my vimrc file...  It does not
appear to be working:

Any help would be appreciated!!

Control-period is not standard; I won't expect it to be recognised. What
/is/ recognised with a Ctrl- key are:

    @ to _ i.e. 0x40 to 0x5F, the Ctrl-key subtracts 0x40
    a to z    Ctrl-x is the same as Ctrl-X
    ?    Ctrl-? is 0x7F
Special keys (Fn, arrows, Ins, Del, Home, etc.)

IOW, only @[\]^_? plus a-z A-Z and special keys give reliable results when
used with Ctrl.

Best regards,
Tony.
