On my Fedora Linux system when I invoke the PopUp menu in GVim,
the bottom menu item is "Input Methods" which has as submenu
with OS and/or windowing-system specific options.
Where in the Vim code base is this "Input Methods" menu
item defined. It is not in the menu.vim file.
