W32 executables are available, see
http://users.skynet.be/antoine.mehelynck/vim/ under 'My "changes"
distro'. (Until or unless Bram makes a 6.4b installer, these executables
will have to be installed over a 6.4a distribution, which means a change
in the name of the install directory (aka $VIMRUNTIME). In addition to
running gvim -register manually (which is mentioned on my Vim page) you
may also have to change the desktop shortcuts, if you use them.)
A 7.0aa.0157 distribution is also available, see "The experimental Vim
7" on the same page. I noticed that ops.c was one of the files changed
in this snapshot, so I expect (but I haven't checked) that this bug has
been fixed there too.
Don't forget to read the text before you decide to download (or not to).
Patch catalogues (for 6.3 and 6.4b) and ":version" listings can be
inspected from links on my Vim page. The "Vim 7" section also has a link
to a vim-tip about installing several versions of Vim and running them
