Unexpected write message when switching between tabs in insert mode

Jean Johner
Hello,
Same problem (in vim 7.2.411) as vim_use thread with the same title.
Confirmed by John Little.

Consider a .vimrc with only the following lines:
set nocp
set cmdheight=2

Please do the following:
gvim file1
:tabe file2 (file2 is opened in a new tab)
i (to go to insert mode)
Type something (do not quit insert mode)
Click on the diskette shortcut to save (you get the message "file2"
nnnL, nnnC written) OK
Click on the file1 tab (to go to file1)
Double-click on a word
Result: the word is selected (OK) and the above write message is
displayed again (unexpected).

Best regards
Jean Johner
