how to solve the problem that“VIM is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file".
under win10,and I already add the path to the environment variables.

Which path did you add? Is there a vim.exe or a vim.bat file there?

The installer asks if you'd like .bat files created and placed on your path, so you shouldn't need to change your path at all if you use that option.
