otl2aft now has it's own web-page

David J Patrick-2
If you ever wanted to edit using vimoutliner, but also use the markup
and post processing of AFT, now you can do it easily using otl2aft.

and aft (http://www.maplefish.com/todd/aft.html) has been updated to
handle up to 7 levels of sub-headings, in latex or html transforms.

also, if you never really cared if you could use VO and aft together,
the otl2aft page is still an excellent resource for vimoutliner
transforms, of all sorts.
