vim for Windows download problem

Hi there,

I'd like to get vim for Windows, however the following .exe does not seem available from this location:
ftp://ftp.vim.org/pub/vim/pc/gvim73_46.exe

Any idea?

That comes from Sourceforge which, like many other websites, has
occasional problems and slowdowns. If there is no hard error
message (like something saying the file does not exist), it's
probably just a temporary issue beyond our control.

you can find an installer for a more recent release.
